Imaging3 is pleased to announce that Dean Janes has submitted the company’s latest response to the FDA today, Monday, November 9, 2009.
In the latest Conference Call Mr. Janes estimated that this document would be sent to the FDA last Friday, November 6th. While the document was ready for submission last Friday Mr. Janes determined that the best course of action was to use this past weekend to ensure that the submission fully met the requirements made by the FDA. We believe this was time well spent and will not materially impact the speed at which the FDA will reply back to the company. Imaging3 will continue to keep investors updated on this important step in bringing the Dominion Volumetric Imaging Scanner (DViS) to market.
